They are seeking a Director of Customer Success who will oversee customer satisfaction, retention, and overall experience while managing key accounts and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategies to enhance long-term partnerships
Strong capabilities in Account Management to manage and expand key client relationships
Proven experience in Team Leadership, including motivating and managing a high-performing customer success team
Deep understanding of Customer Experience processes and practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for performance improvement
Preferred
Experience in sports, health, or fitness-oriented industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
