IT Systems & Support Specialist
Lux Bond & Green is a luxury retailer known for its exceptional diamonds, jewelry, and gifts. They are seeking an IT Systems & Support Specialist responsible for providing technical support across corporate and retail locations, assisting with ERP systems, and optimizing technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line and on-site technical support for corporate and retail locations via in-person visits, phone, and chat
Set up, configure, and deploy new computers, peripherals, phones, and printers for stores and corporate users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, network, phone, and connectivity issues by actively listening to users and diagnosing root causes
Support ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central), including user access, basic troubleshooting, issue escalation, and coordination with internal teams or vendors
Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, system access, email, phones, and required applications
Install and maintain operating systems, software applications, patches, security updates, and antivirus solutions
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure-related services, and Windows-based environments
Configure and support basic networking components including routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
Monitor system alerts, spam filters, and security notifications, responding appropriately and escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including procedures, configurations, and user-friendly instruction guides
Partner with leadership and end users to identify opportunities for system improvements, training needs, and process efficiencies
Stay current with evolving technologies and applications used across the organization
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a Windows-based environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Experience supporting ERP systems; Microsoft Business Central preferred, but other ERP platforms acceptable
Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Azure, and related tools
Hands-on understanding of basic networking, including device connectivity, internet access, routing, and wireless (Wi-Fi) networking
Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, printing, and basic network issues independently
Experience applying software patches, updates, and security configurations
Willingness and ability to travel to store locations as needed (All local locations)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred
Experience supporting ERP systems; Microsoft Business Central preferred, but other ERP platforms acceptable
