Responsibilities

Designing and implementing custom Java solutions for FileNet content, metadata, workflow, and audit migrations

Migrating and validating documents, versions, lifecycle states, retention policies, and classifications

Recreating and testing FileNet Process Engine workflows and routing logic

Developing integrations, APIs, and custom reporting tools to support migration and operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field

Strong experience with Java development and object-oriented design (OOA/OOD)

Proven ability to design, code, test, and debug full lifecycle applications

Experience with data migration, system integration, and performance tuning

Strong background in software analysis, quality assurance, and risk assessment

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and maintain standards compliance
