Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of a project including but not limited to, reviewing and submitting competitive bids, coordinating material take off, managing project budget and schedule, RFIs, etc., all the way through to project close out
Responsible for overall project success with the support from a financially strong and well-established Company
Familiar with job costing, P&L statements, receivables & cashflow to complete projects on time and under budget
Expected to provide and accept feedback, welcome and adapt to change and challenge the status quo
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
5+ years of Construction Project Management and/or Estimating
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Advanced experience with Excel, Microsoft Suite, HCSS Heavybid and Foundation Software
