Vice President, Digital Product Management
Publicis Digital Experience is a division of Publicis Groupe focused on developing digital capabilities and solutions for clients. The VP, Digital Product Management will lead the development and launch of AI-powered solutions, acting as a strategic advisor to agency teams and driving innovation in digital product management.

Responsibilities
Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for AI-centric solutions, ensuring alignment with overall agency objectives and client needs
Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and user needs, translating them into actionable product strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find AI driven solutions that support their client work
Champion best practices in AI, machine learning, and data-driven insights, balancing innovation with practical execution
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle (discovery, planning, development, QA, launch, and iteration) of AI powered solutions for internal processes and products that increase efficiency and throughput
Work closely with agency leadership and client-facing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI powered solutions to create efficiencies and enable new capabilities
Present product strategies, progress updates, and key performance metrics to executive leadership, clients, and other stakeholders
Foster strong relationships with external vendors, technology partners, and industry thought leaders to stay at the forefront of AI advancements
Establish measurable goals and KPIs for AI-centric initiatives, continually analyze performance metrics, and drive iterative improvements
Oversee product pilots, user testing, and A/B testing strategies to validate internal product features and optimize user experience
Ensure alignment with data governance, privacy, and regulatory best practices throughout the product lifecycle
Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning as a change agent
Provide direction and guidance to junior product managers, acting as a subject matter expert on AI, data analytics, and digital product management
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional experience in digital product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
Proven track record of delivering successful AI, ML, or data-driven products, preferably within the advertising or marketing technology space
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, user research, and agile product development methodologies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in building and leading cross-functional teams, managing external vendors/partners, and driving organizational change
Experience engineering prompts for AI agents
Experience using MCP for connecting AI applications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or specialized AI/ML certifications a plus
