Account Executive
CAD Journey is an official Bentley Systems Channel Partner focused on supporting small to medium-sized businesses in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. They are seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing customer relationships across the US market.

Responsibilities
Drive proactive business development by identifying, engaging, and developing new customer relationships
Develop trusted, long-term relationships with customers and prospects to deeply understand their business needs
Assess and qualify opportunities that aligns with CAD Journey’s target customer profile
Maintain accurate records of prospect and customer interactions in HubSpot
Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including lead generation and outreach activity to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Travel to represent CAD Journey at industry trade shows, conferences, and internal meetings
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and virtual meetings
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborate, remote, startup environment
Preferred
Experience using HubSpot is a plus
