Project Coordinator
Focus is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to support the Executive Vice President of Construction and serve as the administrative backbone of their construction operations. This role provides day-to-day support to project teams while ensuring smooth coordination across projects and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support to the EVP of Construction
Support project teams with documentation, contracts, check requests, meeting minutes, and scheduling
Manage construction systems including Timberline, Procore, and shared file drives
Coordinate onboarding, training, safety documentation, and compliance tracking
Maintain construction policies, procedures, licenses, insurance certificates, and safety binders
Administer contracts, subcontracts, change orders, pay applications, and DocuSign workflows
Support project setup, close-out documentation, O&M manuals, and as-built records
Coordinate meetings, financial reviews, Lunch & Learns, and company events
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Project Assistant or Project Coordinator (construction required)
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Timberline, Procore, or Microsoft Project a plus
Positive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
