Responsibilities
Assist with client onboarding, renewals, and plan changes
Prepare and process insurance applications and related documentation
Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding coverage questions
Coordinate with insurance carriers and marketplaces
Maintain accurate records in CRM and compliance systems
Support regulatory and compliance requirements
General administrative and operational support
Qualification
Required
