Project Coordinator

The Business Project Coordinator IV will play a pivotal role in driving business initiatives through effective coordination, communication, and execution, managing timelines and developing business cases while creating executive-ready materials.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage business initiatives from concept to completion
Track progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies across teams
Develop business cases, proposals, and actionable recommendations to support decision-making
Create and maintain executive dashboards, status reports, and presentations
Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accountability, and visibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in business project management, project coordination, or consulting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work effectively across teams
Proven ability to create polished reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
