Vice President of Product Management

Responsibilities
Oversee development and delivery of individual product strategies and roadmaps across multiple product areas, balancing short and long-term priorities against various business needs
Syndicate with stakeholders to ensure organizational input and buy-in for the roadmap, including mapping out the stakeholder syndication process
Work with team to execute on the product roadmap, including outlining key milestones, features, and timelines
Ensure product team is creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams to build and implement roadmap features
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the markets we serve
Collaborate on successful go-to-market with colleagues in Solutions, Pricing, Client Delivery, Marketing, Commercial and Finance
Define and develop product marketing collateral in collaboration with the marketing team
Develop, maintain and update materials (pitch decks, battlecards, one-pager factsheets), including the relevant product areas
Develop and maintain the pricing model for relevant product areas, including pricing analytics, working with Finance on revenue recognition principles and SKUs as relevant
Drive business to explore new areas where the company is competitively differentiated
Serve as a voice and thought leader in customer meetings, including presenting vision and roadmap updates
Serve as a thought leader in conferences, and other public events, including industry conferences, HCO conferences, etc
Work with leadership to define resource requirements and tradeoffs, and prioritize resources effectively
Ensuring Product Managers are filling the backlog and for engineering and data science teams
Qualification
Required
12–15+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading managers and multiproduct portfolios in life sciences, health tech, data platforms, analytics, or related fields
Proven track record in product leadership within the life sciences, healthcare technology, or real-world data (RWD) space, ideally with products used in clinical research, trial design, or patient recruitment
Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle, including clinical trial operations, regulatory considerations, and how RWD/RWE is applied in trial optimization, feasibility, and post-market studies
Strong technical acumen, including experience working with data products, electronic health records (EHR), claims data, or data integration platforms in a regulated environment
Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management in collaboration with engineering, data science, commercial, and clinical stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively with pharmaceutical clients, internal cross-functional teams, and executive leadership
Experience managing and mentoring product teams, with a focus on developing talent, driving accountability, and building a high-performance product culture
