Responsibilities

Must follow safety guidelines and meet our requirements
Identifies potential areas of product improvement; recommends and assists with development of appropriate solutions to improve site productivity
Assists engineers in the development of new methods to improve product quality and process efficacy and efficiency
Ensures compliance with applicable company and client quality requirements in all assigned programs, functions, products, and areas
Collects and enters test results into electronic media, spreadsheets, databases, etc
Identifies and reports problems with specific processes or products to engineers
Conducts complex layout drafting
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Associates degree or a minimum of 2 years experience in a technical manufacturing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work in a team environment which requires cooperating with all departments, offering help when needed, and maintaining positive work relationships
Basic understanding and ability to follow quality requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, computer-aided design (CAD) or related software
Capability to use software such as Tulip for work instruction development
Must follow safety guidelines and meet our requirements
Ensures compliance with applicable company and client quality requirements in all assigned programs, functions, products, and areas
Collects and enters test results into electronic media, spreadsheets, databases, etc
Identifies and reports problems with specific processes or products to engineers
Conducts complex layout drafting
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Prolonged periods standing collecting data in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
Must be able to travel to various job sites and traverse locations to obtain necessary data

Preferred

SAP experience desired (BOMs, Routers, Work Orders, Costing)
