Assisting supervisors in managing incoming calls, monitoring call reporting, and motivating the team
Supporting quality monitoring and helpdesk email communications to maintain high service standards
Qualification
Required
Have previous experience with training a customer service team
Are service-oriented and skilled at resolving customer escalations and grievances
Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Obtaining an ATF Clearance is required
