Responsibilities

7–10+ years in data engineering/integration roles with hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions, including ingestion, transformation, mapping, reconciliation, and loading processes
Proven experience developing and optimizing data pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar ETL frameworks; comfortable starting with file-based (CSV) integrations and evolving toward more advanced patterns (APIs, event-driven)
Solid scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python for orchestration, automation, testing, and ad-hoc data processing
Familiarity with HRIS/HR systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG, or equivalents) and/or healthcare data workflows (JML processes, role mappings, compliance-driven training/certification data) — or strong ability to quickly learn domain-specific mappings and transformations
