Own the Workday Recruiting workstream
Partner closely with Recruiting teams and business stakeholders
Help evaluate, test, and implement new features during Workday’s biannual releases

Required

Hands-on Workday configuration experience (Recruiting + HCM)
Ability to own and manage a Workday functional workstream
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and end users
Strong understanding of Workday backend configuration
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of Workday experience or formal training preferred
No Workday certifications required

Preferred

Experience supporting multiple Workday modules
Workday reporting and dashboard experience
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Exposure to Workday biannual release cycles
