Responsibilities

Operation of 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines

Programming and setup of CNC machines

Support technology development programs designed and prototyped at the Hollywood Engineering Test Center

Required

Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance

Position requires an associates degree or higher and 4 years minimum experience in a CNC machining/programming environment

Experience designing and developing tooling and fixtures for manufacturing

Proficient in working with a variety of materials, including plastics, aluminum, steel, stainless steels, and nickel alloys

Experience operating lathes, 3, 4, & 5 axis CNC machines

Reading machine setup sheets, tool lists, and other related documents

Strong communication skills

Preferred

Familiarity with AS9100 process

Deep understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Experience with ERP systems (Cetec)

Experience with aerospace hardware

Experience with Mazak CNCs (Smooth AI)

Experience with Mastercam and Solidworks
