Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance and resiliency tests for cloud-native applications
Monitor, analyze, and improve application performance, scalability, and stability
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize system performance and resource utilization
Implement observability and performance monitoring solutions within Azure environments
Recommend and validate fault tolerance and high-availability strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in performance and resiliency engineering for cloud-based and distributed systems
Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, microservices, and container platforms
Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, etc
Experience with APM and observability tools, including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, or similar
Solid understanding of application architecture, scalability, and resiliency/failover patterns
Strong analytical skills to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations
Design, develop, and execute performance and resiliency tests for cloud-native applications
Monitor, analyze, and improve application performance, scalability, and stability
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize system performance and resource utilization
Implement observability and performance monitoring solutions within Azure environments
Recommend and validate fault tolerance and high-availability strategies
10+ years of experience in performance engineering or performance testing
Hands-on experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies
Experience with performance tuning for APIs, web applications, and microservices
