RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR / PAYROLL ASSISTANT
County of Adams is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator / Payroll Assistant to undertake various Human Resource responsibilities focused on recruitment and payroll assistance. The role includes full cycle recruiting for non-union departments, supporting payroll processes, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Posting job openings
Screening and interviewing candidates
Conducting pre-employment screenings
Entering new hire information into the HRIS system
Reviewing timecards and ensuring accuracy
Sending sympathy cards, recognition notes, and similar communications
Covering front office duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Above average knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Advance degree or courses in business subject preferred
Office, payroll processing and recruiting experience preferred
