Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and a strong understanding of the Mortgage Industry
Experience working as a Loan Officer with knowledge of loan processes and documentation requirements
Understanding of Underwriting processes and guidelines
Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) or ability to obtain required licensing
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets in the mortgage industry
