8+ years expCall Quest Solution is seeking a Principal Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Solution Architect to lead discovery, solution design, and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to streamline quote-to-revenue and order-to-cash processes, improving sales effectiveness and enabling scalable growth.

Responsibilities
Act as the technical authority for CPQ, Billing, RLM, and integrations
Provide design input across products and complex initiatives
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures
Design and implement complex data models and revenue workflows
Resolve complex technical issues and lead advanced bug fixes
Guide and mentor senior developers on best practices and optimization techniques
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
8+ years of Salesforce experience, with deep expertise in Revenue Cloud
CPQ
Billing
Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM)
Strong solution architecture experience across Quote-to-Revenue / Order-to-Cash
Hands-on expertise with: Apex, LWC, Aura
Salesforce declarative tools and configurations
Proven experience with ERP, billing, and fulfillment system integrations
REST / SOAP APIs
Middleware platforms
Strong understanding of data modeling, data manipulation, and storage systems
Experience with DevOps / CI-CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
