Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Lead month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with GAAP
Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting
Analyze variances and provide insights to management
Support audits, including preparation of audit schedules and liaison with external auditors
Assist with process improvements and documentation of accounting procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, AP/AR, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
Preferred
Public accounting and/or industry experience preferred
CPA or CPA-track is a plus (not required)
