Responsibilities
On-site contractor, to be in-office minimally on Tuesdays and Wednesdays - more as needed
Success will be based on detailed diligence and follow through, ability to coordinate schedules so that people can attend the training
Role is for an enterprise-scale AI Literacy
Training Coordinator for enterprise M365 Copilot rollout
Will coordinate vendor-supplied training with each of our major business units, in collaboration with BU leaders and small l&d departments across the org to ensure high training attendance & learning engagement
Will also handle LMS reporting & some LMS administration
Will also coordinate/pm AI August, and enterprise-scale AI Education initiative
May also handle communications, need to be comfortable discussing and adapting learning plans to business unit needs
Will work with Microsoft Enterprise Skill Initiative (ESI) and Bain storm learning content
Serves as the primary administrator of the training program on the Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinates training administrative duties including, but not limited to, enrollment, course activation, the scheduling of training facilities, tracking appeals, entering information into the participant learning records, printing and distributing certificates of completion, etc
Assists with data reporting and analytics through the use of basic assessment tools (i.e., surveys, pre/post training evaluations, and evaluates learning performance, etc.)
Participates in development, coordination and distribution of training program feedback and communications
Acts as central communication point by responding to inquiries submitted through the e-mailbox and/or voicemail
Identifies and acts upon abandoned training and prepare reminders for completion
Updates user guides, FAQ's and intranet as necessary
Qualification
Required
Proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to coordinate schedules for training attendance
Experience with enterprise-scale AI Literacy training
Experience coordinating vendor-supplied training
Ability to collaborate with business unit leaders and small L&D departments
Experience with LMS reporting and administration
