The role involves designing solutions that meet the needs of Snowflake-based applications and building resilient systems for the enterprise data platform team.

Responsibilities
Create and configure new Snowflake accounts as needed
Design, implement, and support replication processes to ensure business continuity
Design, implement, and support data-sharing solutions for both inbound and outbound data exchanges
Design, implement, and support role-based access controls (RBAC) to properly secure enterprise data
Monitor cost and performance across Snowflake accounts
Assist application teams with troubleshooting
Implement production application database changes when required
Provide first-level Linux administration support for Snowflake application servers
Strong understanding of foundational cloud concepts
Experience building in Azure
Solid knowledge of Private DNS zones, Blob Storage (including storage tiers), Private Endpoints, and Private Link as they relate to Snowflake DevOps
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Comfort with code versioning tools (e.g., Git)
Qualification
Required

Build resilient, scalable, and maintainable systems for the enterprise data platform team and all interfacing applications
Create and configure new Snowflake accounts as needed
