Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
7+ years of direct BMS experience
Strong experience with high-current and high-voltage system design
Experience in microelectronics and PCB development
Proven ability to take designs from concept to prototype to testing
Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and distributed BMS architecture
Proficiency with Altium, KiCad, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar CAD/CAE design tools
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
Proven collaboration and relationship‑building skills, contributing effectively within cross‑functional and diverse teams
Excellent communication, professionalism, and accountability, with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, changing environment
