Responsibilities

Process and code vendor invoices and employee expense submissions
Verify invoices against supporting documentation
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and balances
Maintain and update vendor records
Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements
Execute weekly payment runs
Investigate and resolve payment issues
Record daily transactions and process remote bank deposits
Generate and reconcile purchase orders
Perform additional duties as needed

Required

Minimum of two years of recent accounts payable experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with QuickBooks online is a plus, but not required
