Responsibilities

Ensure Special Test Equipment is always operable while improving test yield
Perform technical evaluations of hardware with the ability to categorize failures and systematically disposition failing hardware in a timely manner
Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities
Communicate to program leadership status updates of hardware failures
Ability to travel periodically to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, or customer sites to support production (up to 25%)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major
Experience with standard engineering lab equipment
Experience with schematic drawings to assist in troubleshooting efforts
Experience with fault isolation / troubleshooting
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Preferred

Strong communication skills including report writing and presentations
Conduct failure investigations and provide recommendations to address systemic issues and to prevent recurrence
Experience with Manufacturing Engineering
Knowledge of LabVIEW, LUA, C, MATLAB, Python programming languages
