Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a resource for our value proposition, core messages, and supporting proof points. Create messaging frameworks and narrative guidelines that inform and align all content
Ensure a consistent, cohesive voice across all internal and external channels, serving as the connective thread across sales materials, website copy, social media, and executive communications
Build the annual content strategy and quarterly content calendars to align messaging around shared themes that drive awareness and consideration. Determine the right content formats and channels to achieve business goals
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and design to align visual and verbal storytelling
Empower teams to clearly articulate 'Why MAP?'
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field and 3 years' experience in creative or content experience, project management, or a related field OR 5 years' experience in creative or content experience, project management, or a relevant area
Preferred
Certification in Multimedia Production Management (MPM)
Certified Multimedia Professional (CMP) certification
Experience leading creative teams and managing large scale content projects
