Current-state assessment and maturity analysis
Recommendations for change enablement playbooks and templates
Definition of decision logs and impact analysis standards
Tooling and workflow recommendations (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Development of 'train-the-trainer' enablement materials
Qualification
Required
Experience in change management and organizational development
Ability to analyze and assess current change maturity and decision-making workflows
Experience in recommending standardized Change Enablement frameworks
Knowledge of AI and LLMs and their application in change management
Ability to translate complex change into clear, repeatable templates and guidance
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication skills to convey the importance of change initiatives
Ability to develop training materials and enablement resources
Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
Ability to work within an existing AI ecosystem
