Responsibilities
You will be responsible for projects that we assign to you, from day one until the product leaves the company
Translate customer requirements into practical, manufacturable engineering solutions
Create detailed mechanical designs, layouts, and assemblies using CAD software
Collaborate closely with sales, manufacturing, and assembly teams throughout the project lifecycle
Support the preparation of technical documentation, bills of materials, and specifications
Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and refining designs during manufacturing and installation
Participate in continuous improvement of existing products and engineering standards
Occasionally support customer visits, factory testing, or field installations as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience with mechanical design, preferably involving industrial machinery or custom equipment
Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCad)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Exposure to textiles, nonwovens, film, or web-handling systems is a plus, but not required
