Responsibilities

Own the overall relationship, strategy, and revenue capture of the key accounts
Acts as the primary executive point of contact, building a web of relationships across operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
Build and maintain strong, high-trust, and long-term client relationships grounded in delivery signals, business value, agreed priorities, credibility, delivery excellence, and strategic insight
Navigate complex customer structures including interaction with US-based private equity firms, aligning stakeholder interests and managing executive-level dynamics. This includes supporting customers in executive-level presentations and proposals
Identify, shape, and progress strategic expansion opportunities within existing accounts for both the current year and future years
Establish a strong collaborative partnership with customers on medium-term and long-term roadmaps aligning their business objectives
Translate client needs into structured opportunities in coordination with internal operations, technical, and leadership teams
Own contract renewals, framework agreements, master service agreements, and other commercial agreements
Guide the internal team on pricing, scope, and commercial terms to maintain account-level strategic framework
Manage, lead, and facilitate commercial escalations, contractual negotiations, and value discussions with key accounts
Own the client financial narrative (what outcomes were achieved, what’s changing, and what decisions are needed to stay on track)
Manage internal coordination of project managers, program managers, delivery teams, as aligned with the account strategy
Lead through influence across guilds (PMs, leadership, and domain leads/specialists) to ensure the account plan is coherent and executable
Own integrated account plans across commercial, operational, and strategic domains
Serve as the escalation point for delivery, commercial, and strategic issues, and drive resolution across various teams and departments
Provides clarity on prioritization, sequencing, resourcing tradeoffs, strategic, and commercial implications when teams need guidance
Maintain oversight of active engagements to ensure commitments, timelines, and milestones are met and risks are managed proactively
Represent the customer internally on prioritization, resourcing, and commercial decisions
Establish and maintain effective customer communication structures and client-management structures
Help accounts stay adaptive in fast-changing environments by promoting small, controlled experiments, rapid learning cycles, decentralized decisions where information is richest, and governance that supports iteration instead of rigid long-range plans
Encourage responsible use of AI-enabled practices in partnership with the client, where it improves speed and quality
You are accountable for ensuring each key account runs with fit-for-purpose governance and process that matches the client’s environment while meeting QADworks standards
Establish and maintain a predictable cadence tailored to the client (examples may include): Weekly portfolio/project steering (decisions, risks, dependencies, unblockers), Monthly project reviews (PM-led, deeper governance), Monthly/Quarterly executive alignment (strategy, roadmap, investment decisions)

Required

Proven leader in managing complex, long-term enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders across the organization
Experienced in strategic expansion within an existing customer base
Commercially astute with hands-on experience in legal commercial documents, and negotiations
Self-driven enough to operate without a quota, and focus on long-term value creation and account strategy over short-term revenue gains
Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from operational partners, to executive sponsors
Experienced navigating complex customer governance environments, including organizations influenced by US-based private equity firms
Skilled at aligning competing priorities, managing executive-level dynamics, and managing stakeholder expectations in enterprise and PE-backed organizations
Brings a consulting sales background with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Effective at leading and coordinating cross-functional teams including project managers and program managers through influence
Able to translate customer objectives into structured plans and roadmaps
Able to flex governance per client while holding the line on clarity, accountability, and continuity
Comfortable in environments where technology and expectations evolve rapidly and plans must adapt
Possesses a strong understanding of IT systems, enterprise platforms, and their business impacts
Able to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders and speak their language
Experience in asset-sensitive and critical operational environments (industrial, oil and gas, infrastructure, etc.)
