Content Specialist, Customer Experience

The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing user-facing product communications, ensuring that veterinary practices are well-informed about product updates and features.

Responsibilities
Own user-facing product communications, including release notes, feature announcements, and in-app updates
Write, organize, and maintain Shepherd’s Help Center as a single source of truth, along with managing our AI chatbot
Create educational content such as training videos, onboarding resources, and workflow guides
Build and maintain in-app walkthroughs and guided experiences that support learning in the flow of work
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Marketing to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned
Qualification
Required
Experience writing clear, user-facing content such as help articles, release notes, or training materials
Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Comfort owning content systems end-to-end, including organization, updates, and quality control
Experience collaborating with Product, Support, or Marketing teams in a SaaS environment
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple content streams at once
