Senior Manager - BGS Growth Strategy, Future Commercial Airplanes
The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the BGS Growth Strategy for future commercial airplanes. This role involves defining the Services Strategy for future commercial airplanes and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead the services strategy for the future commercial airplanes and evaluate new product offerings and business models
Work closely with BGS business leaders and BCA Product Development leaders to develop actionable lifecycle growth plans related to the company’s access to intellectual property (IP)
Partner with BCA on supplier engagements to develop aftermarket business models
Guide and coach an experienced team through complex and creative issues Lead via influence, and in collaboration with, many stakeholder groups and leaders
Strategic and analytical thinking, which is essential to tackling complex topics
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience using critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy
3+ years of experience working across multiple business units and functions and interfacing with key stakeholders
3+ years of experience performing in a leadership role
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher
Program management & P&L experience
Supply Chain experience, including contracting experience
A strong leadership style that motivates and inspires excellence and innovation
Understanding of aerospace industry dynamics, competitive positioning from traditional and non-traditional companies and global trend impacts
