Draft and review a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, SAAS license and confidentiality agreements
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
Identify and mitigate legal risks in contractual language
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives
Provide clear, practical legal advice on contract terms
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
5+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
Strong understanding of commercial law; experience in logistics or international trade preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
