Responsibilities
You’ll partner with agency and cross-functional partners to build and deliver full-funnel media plans, ensuring every investment counts
You’ll set goals and KPIs for every channel, develop plans that are grounded in consumer insights, data, and analytics
Day to day, you’ll manage budgets and approvals with finance, work with digital, analytics, and ecommerce teams to leverage first-party data, and turn campaign reporting into clear insights that guide action
You’ll be the channel expert, understanding the latest platform trends and creative best practice
You’ll also be responsible for sharing results and learnings across the business, ensuring every campaign helps us raise the bar on effectiveness
Qualification
Required
3-5 Years of Experience
Fluent in the world of media, from strategy through to measurement
Experience developing and executing cross-channel media plans
Strong understanding of KPIs and optimization
Confidence managing budgets
Ability to translate complex results into simple, actionable insights
Collaborative mindset
Intellectually curious and constantly seek new and engaging ways to reach the audience
