Responsibilities
Preparing and filing documents at the USPTO for patent applications (e.g., transmittals, declarations, power of attorneys, assignments, information disclosure statements, maintenance fee payments, etc.)
Preparing and sending client correspondence
Reviewing and updating patent dockets for both US and foreign patent matters
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 1 year of legal experience with intellectual property
Well organized
Self-motivated
Computer savvy
Detail oriented
Capable of accurately managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
