Responsibilities
Design & develop conversation flows: Create well-structured chatbot and voicebot dialog journeys with personality and context awareness
Implement conversational logic: Build, configure, and optimize dialogs using Kore.ai tools and NLP/NLU components
Integrate AI with systems: Connect bots with APIs, backend services, CRM systems, and third-party tools
Debug & enhance interactions: Test, troubleshoot, and improve conversational experiences for accuracy and user satisfaction
Collaborate with teams: Work with UX designers, product owners, QA engineers, and DevOps for delivery and deployment
Performance monitoring: Track usage, errors, and bot performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience with conversational AI platforms (especially Kore.ai), bot design, NLU/NLP concepts, and dialog management
Proficiency in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, and scripting
Typically 2–7+ years for developer roles (varies by seniority)
Ability to turn business requirements into intuitive conversational experiences
Strong communication and teamwork skills
