Support tenders and feasibility studies, including cost and time estimates
Coordinate and manage projects to meet quality, schedule, and financial targets
Act as the key interface for customers and internal teams
Drive project monitoring, KPIs, and continuous improvement
Support recruiting, onboarding, and the development of project team members
Ensure team qualifications, training, and availability of required resources
Ensure full compliance with Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) standards
Qualification
Required
You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics or a comparable field
You bring at least 3–4 years of experience in technical and commercial project management
You have experience in the aeronautical sector, ideally with 'Outstanding Works' knowledge; this is considered a strong advantage
You demonstrate a strong understanding of aeronautical standards and processes environments
You communicate confidently, show leadership qualities, and maintain a strong customer focus
You are fluent in English and French, German is considered a plus
You are proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
You work in a structured, solution-oriented, reliable, and analytical manner
