Responsibilities
Support NS2 and SAP CRM, WebI, and SAC maintenance activities
Assist with forecasting and pipeline analysis
Contribute to pipeline cleansing and data hygiene initiatives
Generate reports and metrics to support business decisions
Support system provisioning and master data management
Assist with distribution list quality assurance for key distribution lists
Contribute to CRM and analytics system enhancements
Support internal communications including newsletters and email updates
Assist with SAP NS2 Corporate Portal content management
Contribute to sales enablement initiatives
Support training and documentation development
Provide program analytic and/or administrative support
Assist with special projects and project management activities
Support change management within sales process changes
Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned process areas
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a university degree
Nearby Newtown Square, PA or Herndon, VA preferred
Practical experience such as previous internship (recommended)
General proficiency with business tools and procedures
Ability to learn and apply new systems and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Self-motivated with ability to manage assigned tasks
