Responsibilities

Must be proficient in operating and programming Fanuc robots and controllers
Must have an understanding of robotic laser/MIG hybrid welding
Basic Tools- Must be able to safely perform maintenance tasks using basic hand and power tools
Basic Mechanical- Must be able to safely and proficiently perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and rebuild tasks
Basic Electrical- Must be able to safely and proficiently perform basic troubleshooting and movement of electrical circuits
Multi Meter- Experience with multi meters and other electrical test equipment
Schematics- Must be able to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic prints
Fork/Aerial Lifts- Must be able to safely operate fork trucks and aerial lifts
Must be able to respond to and troubleshoot robot faults safely and promptly
Maintain designated 5S area to LCI standards
Respond to faults on the line in a safe and prompt manner
Work with Quality and Engineering staff to maintain a quality weld
Communicate any process/robot program changes to Maintenance staff
Maintain designated 5S area
Work with Maintenance Scheduler/Planner and Manager to improve PM Inspections

Required

5+ years of robotic welding experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Robotic laser welding experience preferred
Fanuc robot training preferred
Fanuc robotics training certificate
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Robotic welding experience
Must be able to speak, read and understand English
