Hotel Equities, one of the top hotel management companies in the industry, is currently searching for a remarkable Business Development Manager. This role supports growth goals by managing CRM integrity, pipeline discipline, and sales support, ensuring the business development team operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day CRM hygiene for business development including stage management, required fields, activity logging, and contact/account accuracy
Maintain portfolio and pipeline records: property details, owner entities, decision makers, brand/flag, key counts, status, and critical dates
Enforce data standards (naming conventions, duplication, audit routines) and ensure consistent usage across the team
Keep all active pursuits and contracted wins fully documented with supporting materials
Produce weekly and monthly pipeline reporting with clear rollups by stage, region, brand, expected start dates, and risk flags
Maintain a rolling forecast for signings, transitions, and openings with scenario views (best/base/worst)
Provide concise executive-ready summaries on pipeline health, near-term priorities, and blockers
Coordinate pursuit workstreams end-to-end including internal kickoffs, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across operations, revenue, finance, legal, and marketing
Support proposal and RFP production by gathering standardized materials and ensuring responses are complete, consistent, and on time
Assist with diligence compilation and underwriting inputs by collecting and validating property information, historically where available, market context, and transition assumptions
Maintain a standardized library of collateral, templates, case studies, and boilerplate language to improve speed and quality
Maintain a centralized tracker for additions, churn, conversions, and transitions including key dates, responsibilities, and status
Coordinate internal handoff documentation so post-signing teams receive complete, accurate deal context and timeline assumptions
Support transition readiness workflows by ensuring required information is captured early and shared with appropriate teams
Identify recurring friction points in BD workflows and implement improvements to increase execution speed and reduce errors
Document SOPs for CRM standards, reporting, and pursuit workflows to ensure continuity and scalability
Accurate CRM and pipeline with complete records for all active pursuits
Weekly pipeline report and rolling forecast
Portfolio and transitions tracker (additions, churn, conversions)
Pursuit tracker with timelines, owners, and deliverables
Organized diligence/proposal file structure with version control and template library
Consistent internal handoff packets for wins and transitions
CRM accuracy/completeness: % of active pursuits meeting required-field standards, fewer duplicates/errors
Reporting timeliness: on-time weekly/monthly reporting with minimal rework
Pursuit velocity: fewer stalled deals due to missing inputs, faster proposal turnaround
Execution quality: deadlines consistently met, improved consistency of proposal outputs
Transition readiness: reduced post-signing gaps due to complete handoffs

Required

2–5 years in business development support, sales operations, real estate/hospitality analytics, consulting, or project coordination
Strong CRM proficiency and high data integrity standards
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, structured datasets; basic modeling)
Strong written communication and ability to produce concise, executive-ready summaries
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize under deadlines, and drive follow-through across teams

Preferred

Hospitality, hotel management, hotel development, brokerage, or asset management experience
Familiarity with hotel pursuit process including RFPs, underwriting inputs, management agreements, and transitions
Dashboarding and reporting experience (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio) or workflow automation exposure
