Junior Industrial Designer

Responsibilities
Supporting concept development through sketching, ideation, and 3D modeling
Creating renderings and presentations for internal reviews and client meetings
Developing CAD models and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers
Assisting in the preparation of technical drawings and design documentation
Researching trends, materials, and technologies to inform design solutions
Collaborating with engineers to ensure designs are both beautiful and feasible
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field
0–3 years of professional or internship experience in industrial/product design
Proficiency in CAD and rendering software (SolidWorks, Rhino, KeyShot, or equivalent)
Strong sketching, visualization, and storytelling skills
Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping methods
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design process, and problem-solving ability
Preferred
Experience with consumer electronics, medical devices, or lifestyle products
Hands-on prototyping skills (3D printing, foam modeling, shop tools)
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles a plus
