Responsibilities
Receive intensive training and career development from a structured, 18-month curriculum
Gain practical experience helping local employers with their insurance needs
Learn foundational insurance coverages, program design, and risk management strategies
Understand the role of an insurance broker and current industry challenges
Develop effective negotiation and client-advocacy skills
Participate in over 1,300 hours of formalized training sessions and practical hands-on work experience
Engage in networking and relationship-building skills
Complete various projects and assignments related to managing risk
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Commitment to continuous learning and development
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
