IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Set up and onboard new employees (accounts, devices, access, and security policies)
Configure and support nPoint devices and other endpoint hardware
Assist with basic AWS administration and cloud resource support
Follow and enforce IT security best practices, including access control and data protection
Qualification
Required
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
Strong understanding of IT security principles
Hands-on experience setting up and supporting end-user devices
Familiarity with AWS environments
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
