Administrative Tax Document Processor
enableIT is committed to providing premiere facility and administrative support across various channels. As part of the tax support team, you will provide full administrative support for tax return processing and delivery.

Responsibilities
Developing an in-depth understanding of all applicable federal, state and local tax return types and assembly/filing requirements
Understanding and adhering to tax methodology requirements for processing tax return products and other practice-specific policies
Frequently monitoring tax processing Outlook mailboxes to retrieve tax return requests
Accurately and efficiently logging, copying/printing/assembling and distributing tax returns
Identifying opportunities to address customer needs and participating in initiatives to improve processes and services
Applying knowledge of the business and the industry to identify the real issues facing our clients and providing innovative and pragmatic insights and solutions
Working overtime during peak tax-processing time frames
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent skills in computer/technology and tax technology applications (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Engagement Access Database, ECF/eDocs)
Aptitude to learn new applications and perform work electronically, as well as use paper media when necessary
Ability to prioritize, multitask and take responsibility for accuracy, quality and meeting deadlines
One-plus years of related work experience; experience with tax returns a plus
High school diploma with some college or equivalent work experience
Ability to work within an office location
Preferred
Experience working for a professional services firm
Experience working independently
Experience working in a high-volume processing role with minimal supervision
