The IT Operations Consultant will be responsible for the direction, analysis, and continuous improvement of IT operations disciplines including asset management, incident management, and system reliability.

Responsibilities
Timely and effective PC hardware and software asset management processes and delivery
On-time and successful completion of IT Operations' audit deliverables
Coordination of Performance & Capacity Planning Health Check reviews and action item completion with Business Unit points of contact
Workstation patching, compliance and vulnerability reduction
System and Configuration Item (CI) transition to operations (TTO)
Incident Management/Major Incident Management
Problem Management - root cause analyses and continuous improvement in system reliability
Works with monitoring engineers to continuously improve issue prediction and detection, as well as incident avoidance and automated response
Driving effective utilization of IT Operations' Jira Issue and Risk repositories to prioritize work and achieve positive outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience in a similar role, or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Preferred
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
