Responsibilities

Own cost, schedule, and technical performance for integrated spacecraft and propulsion elements supporting national security missions
Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, integration, and test
Drive integrated plans, milestones, and delivery commitments across multiple vehicle elements
Identify program risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain schedule and performance
Support technical reviews, customer engagements, and internal program reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
8+ years of aerospace program management experience on complex systems
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver hardware and flight systems
Experience driving schedules, budgets, and execution discipline
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual per 8 U.S. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Preferred

Space vehicle, interceptor, or missile defense program experience
Experience with rapid development programs and aggressive execution timelines
Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
