Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex and high visibility IT projects
Oversee day to day project management to ensure alignment to agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality
Manage governance processes including change control, risk and issue management and testing oversight
Lead sprint and scrum planning to support effective agile delivery and enable teams to self-organize
Remove barriers to progress and support smooth transitions into Operations
Develop and execute change and business implementation plans that drive successful adoption
Track progress against program outcomes and communicate updates across technical and business stakeholders
Oversee contract and vendor performance, including KPI management, compliance and continuous improvement
Act as a single point of contact for project communication and relationship management across stakeholder groups
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or Information Technology
Eight or more years of senior IT project management experience in a global environment
Demonstrated success delivering complex, high risk programs across predictive, iterative and agile delivery models
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing budgets, resources and delivery risks
Ability to travel between ten and twenty five percent
Preferred
PMI PMP, PMI ACP or Scrum Master certification preferred
