Qualification
Required
Experience as a Loan Officer, including proficiency in evaluating financial profiles and assisting clients with mortgage options
Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including mortgage lending practices and regulations
Familiarity with Underwriting processes and ability to assess risk effectively
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a commitment to guiding clients through the loan process
Proven ability to maintain organized documentation and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Licensing in relevant states or willingness to obtain mortgage licenses as required
Preferred
Relevant experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
