Responsibilities
Lead design, build, test, and rollout for multi-brand combo stores with 1P and 3P delivery
Drive Simphony POS upgrades and alignment with above-store systems, training, and store readiness
Orchestrate integrations across MBDP, Vromo, Auth0, Partner Integration Platform, POS adapters, and data/reporting
Run strong governance across Product, Engineering, Store Ops, Data, Security, and Partners
Manage Non-Traditional and marketplace integrations (Walmart, HMSHost, Love’s, WKRP, 3PFs)
Own program governance: roadmap, RAID, dependencies, executive status, and delivery cadence
Ensure financial and tooling alignment (business cases, cost centers, ServiceNow, VNDLY)
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of program/project leadership in QSR or large retail
Proven experience in multi-brand and/or multi-POS environments (Simphony preferred)
Strong background in digital ordering, 1P/3P delivery, and marketplace integrations (Vromo a plus)
Ability to bridge technology, product, and store operations into executable plans
Excellent communicator with executive-level presence; calm, decisive, and delivery-oriented
Tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Excel
Atlanta onsite/local required
