Responsibilities
Routinely engage with members to inform them about XRA activities and foster retention
Develop and execute new member outreach and onboarding in collaboration with Marketing
Maintain and update membership database, ensuring records are accurate and current
Work closely with members and SVP, to develop and advance member driven products and reports
Coordinate with academic research institutions, private laboratories, market research firms or consultants, and peer review organizations to partner and ensure alignment with the XRA strategy
Write meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and other materials as needed
Serve as a spokesperson for XRA on membership, relevant research outcomes and trends
Support XRA events and activities as required
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing networks; bench-marking state-of-the art practices; participating in professional societies
Work with the SVP to identify and nurture potential funding relationships and cultivate sources--both project-based and unrestricted
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience with a member-driven trade association and/or related experience in research
Bachelor's degree required
Must possess excellent communications and analytical skills
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills are essential
Ability to be a self-starter who can tackle a wide variety of tasks
Capable of operating and excelling in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Maintain highest personal levels of ethical conduct, confidentiality, and integrity, with a strong professional reputation in the industry
Some domestic travel may be required
Preferred
Familiarity with key issues affecting the technology industry
Experience with non-profit organizations
