Responsibilities
Implement and document solutions based on defined requirements and architectural guidelines
Implement enterprise solutions in collaboration with engineering and delivery teams
Participate in system migrations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives
Conduct solution assessments and assist with proof of concepts or pilots
Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
Troubleshoot technical challenges and recommend effective resolutions
Collaborate with Senior Architects to ensure architectural consistency across projects
Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and deployment guides for project teams
Provide technical support to delivery teams during implementation
Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of professional technical experience preferably with 2-4 years of experience in solution design, or architecture roles
Strong working knowledge of core IT domains: Compute Platforms, Storage Solutions, Virtualization Platforms, Backup and Disaster Recovery Platforms
Broad technical expertise across multiple domains (e.g., hybrid cloud, distributed systems, security)
Experience implementing enterprise solutions in real-world client or enterprise environments
Experience contributing to technical assessments, designs or proofs of concept
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to approach client and sales requests in a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting technical solutions
Ability to work effectively in team-based environments with cross-functional stakeholders
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in dynamic environments
Ability to travel if required

Relevant professional certifications preferred: Broadcom VCF 9 Implementation, Nutanix Platform Expert (NPX) / Nutanix Certified Expert - Multicloud Infrastructure (NCX-MCI), HPE Master ASE / HPE ASE – Compute Solutions Architect / HPE ASE – Storage Solutions Architect, Dell Technologies Certified Master, Dell Technologies Certified Specialist, Dell Technologies Certified Expert, Cisco UCS Design & Implementation Specialist, Pure Storage Certified Professional (PSCP), NetApp Certified Storage Installation Engineer (NCSIE), Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE), Cohesity Certified Technical Architect (CCTA), Rubrik Certified System Administrator (RCSA)
